On 19 December 2025, MagneticOne Municipal Technologies presented the results of a comprehensive land-resource audit for Vilnohirsk community in Dnipropetrovsk region. The online meeting focused on actual land use, the effectiveness of parcel management, and potential reserves for local-budget revenue.
What the analysis provides
The study created a structured view of the community’s land portfolio, recorded detected inconsistencies, and assessed areas where payments may be missing or require clarification. The findings support management decisions but do not replace the official procedures required to establish rights, liabilities, or changes in state registers.
The presentation also covered practical GIS tools that help staff search, compare, and analyse parcel information more efficiently.
Priority areas identified for review
- records and management of state and municipal land;
- land use without properly documented rights;
- possible unauthorised occupation of parcels;
- actual use that may not correspond to designated use;
- parcels requiring inventory or updated information.
Each detected case requires separate verification against current official records and supporting documents before the community takes further action.
Data used in a comprehensive audit
The analysis draws on legally accessible information from official registers and open sources, including the State Land Cadastre, the State Register of Property Rights, tax information available for the project, valuation materials, court decisions, cadastral-map information, and satellite imagery from different seasons.
Where appropriate, high-resolution aerial survey materials, title documents, and local cartographic sources can help identify land that is missing from available digital records. Data currency always depends on the update schedules of the original sources.
