You get the opportunity to collect, store, display, and analyze spatial information entered into a geoinformation system or geoportal created on the basis of software.
What is the minimum term for using the mapping software?
The minimum term of using the mapping software is 1 year.
What is the maximum prepayment period for the mapping software?
The maximum prepayment period is 4 years.
How does the price of the mapping software change?
Over the past 4 years, the price of software has increased by no more than 5%.
Is employee training provided for maintaining the mapping resource?
On the basis of the company, as well as remotely, courses on mastering the skills of working in the environment of created cartographic resources are held. Instructions for operating the resource and video instructions are also provided, and the customer support service works. A special platform for training employees is provided for an additional fee.
Can we receive a discount on creating a geographic information system?
Consultation on obtaining discounts for the creation of a geoinformation system can be obtained from the customer service manager by phone indicated in the Contacts section or by writing a message to e-mail.
Can we publish an orthophoto, scanned master plan or similar materials on the resource?
Yes, but these materials can be placed only in the server version of the solution.

How long does it take to create mapping products?
The term of creating an interactive map depends on the complexity of the order and ranges from 14 to 60 days, for a geoinformation system of medium complexity – 30-90 days, and for a geoportal – 90-240 days. The time for creating a mobile mapping application is up to 14 days.
How is the product price calculated?
The cost of creating a cartographic product is the cost of specialized licensed cartographic software and the cost of information and technical services for creating and configuring the product itself. We also provide the following services:
- scanning of primary documents, including maps and plans;
- geographic binding of scanned materials;
- creation of spatial databases;
- digitization of materials;
- creation of digital, including three-dimensional models and others.
In addition, technical support of the created GIS products is possible.
In what format should the customer provide information for an interactive map or GIS?
Information is provided in electronic form: we reserve the right for the customer to provide spatial information for creating GIS in vector format: *dmf (Digitals), *tab (MapInfo), *km/kmz (Google Maps), *in4, *shp (ArcGIS, QGIS). If the customer does not have the opportunity to provide information in the appropriate format, the company’s employees provide services for data preparation for entering into the GIS for an additional fee.
What are the stages of creating a geographic information system?
- Signing of a software supply agreement and an agreement on the implementation of a geo-information system;
- Coordination of the technical task;
- Preparation of materials for input into GIS;
- Data filling of the geoinformation system;
- Introducing the geoinformation system into experimental operation;
- Conducting a training course on the use of a geographic information system;
