Geoportal of the urban cadastre of the region– a cartographic Internet resource that serves as a single point of access to a large number of urban planning documentation, contains a system of tools for viewing and searching for urban planning information, their visualization, downloading and distribution. The product is designed to provide state authorities, local governments, legal entities and individuals with reliable information necessary for the implementation of urban development activities in the region.

Advantages of implementing the Geoportal of the urban cadastre of the region:

The structure of the geoportal of the urban cadastre at the regional level

Stages of implementation

The development of the solution covers 3 stages – starting from the creation of separate modules of the geoinformation system, ending with the provision of opportunities for in-depth analysis of module data and planning of the activities of bodies and departments in the regions of the region.

Stage 1: Basic implementation.

At this stage, it is planned to create a geoportal of the urban cadastre of the region, which covers all districts. The geoportal meets the requirements of the legislation on ensuring the openness and public accessibility of the urban cadastre:

At the first stage, the main documents of the urban cadastre for the scale of the region are published in the form of interactive maps:

Planning scheme of the territory of the region.
Planning schemes of the territories of the districts.

Stage 2: Deepening.

New modules are added to the basic implementation, which expand the functionality and capabilities of the geoportal. Detailing and deepening of the content is taking place – schemes and plans of the levels of communities and cities are added:

Planning schemes of community territories.
General plans of settlements.

Stage 3: Analysis

This stage is a transition from a geoportal as an information complex to an information-analytical one. Specialists of the relevant departments of the regional administration on the ground (in the districts) are given the opportunity to use geoportal data for analysis and planning of departmental activities. At this stage, the following modules are added to the implementation:

Geoinformation system of objects and territories of the nature reserve fund of the region.
Interactive map of investment attractiveness.
Interactive map of communal property management.
Interactive tourist map.
