Creating a technical task

MagneticOne Municipal Technologies offers services for the creation of a technical task for the development of a geoinformation system, a geoportal and an interactive map for implementation in state authorities.

Creating a technical task is the first stage of joint work between the Customer and the Contractor. Often, in order to reduce costs and reduce the project budget, organizations independently develop technical specifications. However, without experience, it is quite difficult to draw up a high-quality technical task that will be clear to both the Executor and thesoap opera

Technical task– the source document for the design and creation of a geoinformation system, according to which the production, acceptance and commissioning of the resource is carried out.

In the technical task, it is necessary to accurately and clearly describe the requirements for the system, determine the technical parameters, the purpose of the resource, prepare the composition of the necessary documentation, and determine the terms and stages of the work. The developed documentation is coordinated with the customer, which allows to avoid disagreements during further work on the development and implementation of the cartographic resource.

As a result of the performance of the technical task, the customer receives a complete and detailed picture of the state of the desired product.

We are creating a technical task for the development of the following geoinformation products:

Creating a technical task allows you to effectively organize the work of the Customer and the Contractor. The technical task makes it possible to divide the development of the project into separate processes and stages, to monitor the implementation of each of them. Having defined the goals of the system, tasks and expected results in the technical task, the process of understanding the geoinformation system by the Executor is simplified and the efficiency of the project execution process is increased.

When creating a technical task, the requirements and wishes of the customer are taken into account

The preparation of technical documentation takes place in accordance with current norms and standards, which in the future becomes the foundation for the implementation of a geoinformation system in a certain region.

The development of the technical task is individual for the creation of each geoinformation system, taking into account the subject of the project, the features of the region and the budget of the Customer:

  • we select hardware for the optimal functioning of the geoinformation system (server equipment, equipment for the workplaces of the administrator and system operator);
  • we select the optimal software for effective GIS work;
  • we project the future state of the system, predict the required number of users;
  • we calculate the optimal load on the system;
  • we take into account the possibility of accumulating information and the ability of the system to develop during its operation.

The technical task for the creation of a geoinformation system contains the following sections:

  • the purpose, tasks and capabilities of the geoinformation system;
  • hardware requirements;
  • software requirements;
  • list of functional capabilities of the geoinformation system;
  • composition, structure of geospatial data;
  • a list of works and a calendar plan for the implementation of the system;
  • the list of materials provided by the Customer;
  • execution terms;
  • product control and acceptance procedure.
