Online Training for Romny Community: Urban Planning Cadastre and Address Register

On October 15, 2024, an online training was held for representatives of the Romen urban territorial community on the use of a geographic information system (GIS) with the “Address Register” and “Urban Planning Cadastre” modules.

The training was conducted by MagneticOne Municipal Technologies specialists for Yevhen Orlov, head of the urban planning cadastre sector of the urban planning and architecture department of the executive committee of the Rome City Council.

During the training, the specialists of the “MagneticOne Municipal Technologies” company demonstrated the capabilities and functions of the developed resource and gave answers to important questions. They also familiarized themselves with the updated functionality of the “Address Register” module – verification of buildings.

Screenshot 49“Urban Cadastre” moduleprovides access to a large volume of urban planning information, including viewing, searching, visualization and dissemination of information. This is an important tool for local self-government bodies, state institutions, legal entities and individuals, which allows you to automate the processes of planning and maintaining urban planning documentation.

“Address register” modulecreated to automate the processes of keeping registers of addresses and addressed objects. It allows you to register new streets, assign them names and maintain the relevance of address information within the community.

Such modules increase the efficiency of working with spatial information and contribute to improving the quality of urban infrastructure management.
