20 In September 2024, MagneticOne Municipal Technologies specialists conducted an online presentation of the geoinformation system with modules of “city planningcadastre” and “address register” for Romensk urban territorial communitySumy region.
He conducted the presentation of the Geoinformation Systemexecutive director of “MagneticOne Municipal Technologies” LLC Volodymyr Podobivskyi.The speaker emphasized that the presented resource will allow the employees of the urban planning and architecture department to carry out their activities more effectively. In particular, it will allow to automate the processes of maintaining the register of addresses, the address plan of settlements of the community, the register of addressed streets and buildings, the register of documents confirming the fact of providing an address, assigning and providing addresses to buildings.
The speaker spoke in detail about the already available resources currently contained in the Geoinformation System of the Urban Cadastre and the Address Register of the Territorial Community:
- master plans;
- detailed plans of the territory;
- topographic plans;
- register of urban planning conditions and restrictions;
- register of temporary structures;
- register of building passports.
