MagneticOne Municipal Technologies continues to actively cooperate with communities throughout Ukraine, introducing innovative solutions to increase the efficiency of land resource management.On November 12, 2024, the company conducted online training for employees of the Fontansk rural territorial community in Odesa region on the use of a geographic information system (GIS) for land management.
The solution based on the ArcGIS platform allows for detailed analysis of the community's land fund, creating analytical reports and identifying risks associated with violations of legislation and rent evasion, which lead to budget losses. GIS provides a complete visualization of land plots, giving local authorities access to up-to-date and verified information.
The information panel (dashboard) deserves special attention, which makes it possible to monitor key events and quickly react to changes. This greatly simplifies the work of the land resources department and minimizes the risk of loss of income due to delays in the renewal of lease agreements.
