On February 7, 2025, an online presentation of the Geoinformation System of the Land Cadastre of Lisovogrynivetsk was heldunited territorial communityon the ArcGIS platform.The director of MagneticOne Municipal Technologies, Volodymyr Podobivskyi, demonstrated the benefits of the implementation of the community land resource management geoinformation system for community representatives.
Thanks to the development team, the Lisovohrynivetsk community received a resource that allows for a comprehensive analysis of the community's land resources, viewing information from state registers about the owners and users of land plots, monitoring the validity of lease agreements, seeing restrictions on the use of land, their normative monetary assessment, court decisions and many others. The tools of the geoinformation system make it possible to fill it with information important for decision-making in the field of land management, to carry out inventories of the community's lands, and to ensure the filling of the community's budget.
