On January 25, 2025, the company's specialists conducted training on working with a geoinformation system for the Sataniv territorial community of the Khmelnytskyi region.On the resourceLand cadastrethe following were added: community boundaries, Starosty district boundaries, and settlement boundaries. A list of layers of information integrated into the system is also presented. As for the filling (database), when you click on any land plot, you can view the full list of parameters.
Information from more than 20 state registers and sources of information became the source of data for the creation of a geoinformation system for the management of community land resources. Among them:Register of the State Land Cadastre, Public Cadastral Map of Ukraine, State Register of Real Property Rights, Register of Encumbrances of Movable Property, Register of Court Decisions, tax registers, etc.All data are current according to the terms of updating official registers.
The second component of the geoinformation system isinformation panel (dashboard), which functions as an analytical center based on the collected data. This panel allows you to determine the state of land use on the territory of the community, owners and users of land plots, as well as identify risks and shortcomings of land use that can lead to violations of the law and loss of revenues to the local budget.
