For the successful implementation of the geo-information system with the Address Register module in Velikohayiv community, a special training was held on March 14, 2025, in which representatives of local authorities, urban planning structures and other interested organizations took part.The participants familiarized themselves with the functionality of the register, the process of entering data, checking and updating it. This is a strategic step on the way to the digitization of territory management, which will allow local authorities, businesses and residents to receive accurate and up-to-date data on addresses, streets and community buildings.
Thanks to the Address Register, the community receives a number of important opportunities:
- assignment and change of real estate addresses;
- prompt introduction of new streets and other designated objects;
- visualization and search of addresses according to various parameters;
- provision of information certificates about real estate objects;
- keeping a history of address and street name changes;
- ensuring the reliability of data for state authorities and the urban cadastre.
