On December 19, 2024, MagneticOne Municipal Technologies conducted an online presentation of the geo-information system of the Ivankiv Territorial Community of the Kyiv Region with modules: address register and land cadastre.The implementation of modern geoinformation technologies in the work of municipalities has a significant impact on the development of territories. Ensuring the accuracy and availability of address information contributes to the convenience and efficiency of local resource management, infrastructure planning and service delivery.
The land cadastre, in turn, will make it possible to analyze the community's land resources, review information from state registers about the owners and users of land plots, monitor the terms of validity of lease agreements, see restrictions on the use of land, their normative monetary assessment, court decisions and many others.Also, as part of the creation of the module, exchange files were prepared in accordance with the requirements specified inInstructions for preparing geodata for the address register.
