On May 23, 2025, a presentation of the geoinformation system of the Volytsk Territorial Community of Zhytomyr Oblast took place. The “Address register” module opens up new opportunities for accurate accounting and data management of address objects (buildings and streets) of the community.
Modern geoinformation systems open up new opportunities for local self-government. One of the key elements of such systems is the “Address Register” module, which provides residents of communities with constant access to up-to-date information about real estate objects.
This tool not only simplifies control over the validity of address data, but also enablesverification of buildings— the process of checking and confirming the correctness of the entered information. Such a function is extremely important to avoid typical errors that occur when working with paper documents or outdated registers.
