The MagneticOne Municipal Technologies team continues to implement modern solutions in the field of land and urban cadastre of communities based on the innovative ArcGIS cartographic platform.On August 27, 2025, an online presentation was held forof the Kelmenets territorial community of the Chernivtsi region, where the capabilities of the geo-information system for land and urban planning cadastre management were presented.
The geoinformation system allows you to automate the process of maintaining the community's land cadastre, to provide prompt access to information about land plots (tenants, terms of the lease agreement, etc.), to obtain prompt access to complete information posted on the geoportal (general and topographic plans of community settlements, orthophoto plans, zoning plans, detailed territory plans).
