On October 25, 2024, an online presentation of a comprehensive audit of land resources of the Kamianets-Podilskyi urban territorial community of the Khmelnytskyi region took place.
The result of a comprehensive audit of the community's lands is the establishment of violations and the determination of shortfalls in the local budget.
Comprehensive audit provides convenient and effective tools that contribute to the effective work of the community's land department and quick management decisions to increase revenues to the community's budget.
The result of a comprehensive land use audit enables the Kamianets-Podilskyi city community to assess the structure of land use and identify risk categories of land, in particular:
– management of state and communal lands;
– shadow lease of land;
– arbitrary occupation of land;
– cultivation of non-agricultural lands;
– inventory of plots.
Data sourcethe data of the State Land Cadastre of Ukraine, the State Register of Property Rights to Immovable Property, the Register of Encumbrances of Movable Property, the Register of Court Decisions, the Public Cadastral Map of Ukraine, the data of the Normative Monetary Valuation Register, tax registers, old-style state deeds of land ownership, field road maps, satellite images of different seasons, etc. are used for the implementation of a comprehensive audit of the community's land resources. All data, according to their relevance, correspond to the terms of updating the official registers. In order to identify unregistered land parcels in the relevant registers, high-precision data from aerial photographs of the territory of the community, title documents for land and local cartographic materials – land distribution maps, etc. are used.
