On October 15, MagneticOne Municipal Technologies joined the online presentation of innovative tools for community developmentorganized by the Innovation Development Center.
During the eventdirector of the company Volodymyr Podobivskyipresented to more than 70 representatives of territorial communities of Ukraine modern tools for managing the territory of the community: a geo-information system for managing land resources of the community, a comprehensive audit of land resources and solutions for organizing the address register of the territorial community.
“In communities, there is a need to analyze the land bank and search for ways to fill the budget.The realities of land accounting in a territorial community are such that practically no community has reliable information about its land fund. As a result, it is not possible to fully receive income from the payment of land tax, there are no favorable conditions for carrying out investment activities, inherent irrational use of the land fund, etc.”,– notedVolodymyr Podobivskyi.
Also, the head of MagneticOne Municipal Technologies presented the “Address Register” module to those present and shared the experience of preparing exchange files for the possibility of their further uploading to the Unified State Register of Addresses. Volodymyr presented practical cases of the use of geoinformation systems by communities that have implemented and have been using the products for the development of their communities for many years.
