On 3 October 2025, MagneticOne participated in the Podillia Investment Summit, which brought together investors, businesses and local authorities to discuss regional recovery and development.
MagneticOne Group founder Ruslan Savchyshyn presented the results of cooperation with Kamianets-Podilskyi urban territorial community.
A unified municipal GIS
The partnership has continued since 2023. The resulting platform supports urban planning, land-resource management and address data. Summit participants reviewed the geoportal and its modules:
- Address Register;
- urban planning and land cadastres;
- utility networks;
- advertising structures;
- temporary structures.
Architects, land-management specialists and administrators now work in one digital environment and can base decisions on accurate spatial information. The architecture also creates a foundation for integration with state cadastres and registers.
“This project is an example of how technology can transform communities and make governance more open, effective and development-oriented,” Ruslan Savchyshyn noted.
MagneticOne thanks Kamianets-Podilskyi City Council for its trust and commitment to digital modernisation.
