The company's activity in 2023 impresses with its strategic approach to innovation, which allows us to successfully implement innovative solutions and set standards in the field of geoinformation systems.
During this time, the company actively cooperated with a number of territorial communities, giving them the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the advantages of using geoinformation systems to solve the problems of accounting and visualization of community land plots, analysis of the community's land bank in the mode of combining with urban planning documentation, etc.
Also within the framework of the grant project“Unification of communities – for sustainable economic growth ConCom4EG” ENI/ 2021/430-447, funded by the EU within the Initiative “Measures for Economic Growth”together with a partner – the Bukovyna Community Development Agency was implemented geoinformation system of urban cadastre of communities of Chernivtsi region – innovative electronic cartographic resource, the main task of which is to ensure purposeful and comfortable management of community assets: land resources, engineering and transport, social, tourist infrastructure, investment potential of the community, which ensures prompt communication between citizens and community leadership.
Conducting on-site training for our customers is an integral part of the team's workMagneticOne Municipal Technologies.That is why, after the implementation of the geoportal, 3 field training sessions were held, where the company's specialists demonstrated the intricacies of the administration of the geoinformation system in accordance with the pre-approved training program to the communities of Bukovyna.
During 2023 MagneticOne Municipal Technologiescooperated with a large number of territorial communities throughout the country. In particular, it was possible to implement about 29 geoinformation systems on the ArcGIS platform.Geoinformation systems at the territorial levelcontains includes a system of tools for reviewing urban planning documentation as part of general plans, zoning plans, detailed plans of the territory of settlements, topographic plans, etc. In some communities, the functionality of urban planning monitoring, address register, subsystem of electronic appeals of citizens, subsystem of land resources management has been implemented.
Geoportals at the level of territorial communities provide information support to state authorities, local governments, legal entities and individuals with reliable information necessary for the implementation of urban planning activities in the territory of the region.
In the New Year 2024our team is actively working on numerous long-term projects that have been accompanying us for more than a year. In parallel with this, we are participating in the implementation of new initiatives that will require attention and perseverance in the coming year.For 7 yearswe are constantly working on projects, each of which step by step leads us to the dream of a powerful and prominent Ukraine. Even in this difficult military period, we do not lose our desire to achieve results.We express our gratitude to the Armed Forces of Ukrainefor every day that we manage to devote to the work and support of our defenders.
