TeamMagneticOne Municipal Technologiessuccessfully cooperates with the Fraternal Settlement Council of the Mykolaiv region in the implementation of modern digital solutions to increase the efficiency of community management. One of the key stages of this cooperation was the introduction of a geographic information system (GIS) on the ArcGIS platform with an address register module, which opens up new opportunities for accurate accounting and data management of buildings and streets in the community.

The address register module of the geoinformation system allows community representatives not only to keep records of all buildings located on the territory of the Bratsk hromada, but also to regularly check the relevance of this data. The tool “verification of buildings” provides a process of checking and confirming the correctness of address information, which is an important element for correct maintenance of the register.

Recently specialistsMagneticOne Municipal Technologiescompleted a training course for representatives of the Bratsk settlement council. The program included an in-depth introduction to GIS tools, especially the address book module. The participants mastered the new functions of the system, which allow not only to view and update information, but also to verify it.

Thanks to this training course, community staff are now able to independently manage the register, correct or confirm data for each building. This makes it possible to maintain the database in an up-to-date state, which in turn contributes to more effective management of community property, planning of urban space and provision of services to the population.

The building verification process is critical to maintaining the relevance of information in the register. Within the address register module, community workers can check data, make corrections or confirm their correctness. This ensures that all changes in buildings or land plots are promptly reflected in the system, and residents receive accurate information about addresses and real estate objects.

This approach also helps to minimize the risks of duplication or loss of information that may occur when using paper documents or outdated databases.

Implementation of a geoinformation system with an address register module provides a number of advantages for the Bratsk Territorial Community:

  • accurate real estate accounting: the ability to timely update and confirm data, which minimizes errors in the registers.
  • optimization of management processes: convenient access to data about each object allows prompt response to changes in construction and land issues.
  • transparency for residents: accurate address information helps to improve the quality of administrative services.
  • effective planning: the ability to use up-to-date data for infrastructure development planning and land management.

The cooperation between MagneticOne Municipal Technologies and the Bratsk settlement council is a vivid example of how innovative technologies can change the approach to the management of territorial communities. The introduction of a geo-information system with an address register module already helps the community not only manage its resources more effectively, but also provides transparency and accuracy in data management, which is critical for the development of the territory in the future.
