Land resourcesis one of the main assets of the territorial community, the effective management of which is a guarantee of sustainable development and financial stability. Conducting a comprehensive audit of land resources allows you to get a complete picture of the state of land and its use, identify problems and develop strategies for their effective management.

Preparatory stage: planning and organization
Preparation for a complex audit began with the definition of its main goals and objectives. The main priorities were:
- Inventory of land resources. Determination of the actual state of land plots, their intended purpose and legal status.
- Evaluation of land use efficiency. Analysis of the use of land resources in accordance with the current legislation and identification of inconsistencies.
- Identification of risks. Identification of land plots that are not used or are not used for their intended purpose.
- Development of recommendations. Formulation of practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of community land resource management.
Main results and conclusions
The conducted audit made it possible to identify a number of problematic issues and opportunities for development:
- Non-purpose land use. A number of sites were identified that were used in violation of their intended purpose. This made it possible to develop a plan of measures to return these plots to the legal channel.
- Lack of registration of some plots. Some land plots were not included in the cadastral system, which created the risk of losing control over them and possible legal conflicts.

Based on the received data, a number of recommendations were developed for the territorial community:
- Optimization of land relations. Bringing the use of land plots into compliance with their intended purpose, concluding new lease agreements and revising the terms of existing ones.
- Development and implementation of investment projects. Use of identified reserves for infrastructure development, attraction of investments in construction and other projects.
- Improvement of accounting and control. Implementation of modern land resource management technologies, including automated accounting and monitoring systems.
- Informing the community. Conducting information campaigns for community residents regarding audit results and planned activities.
It is worth noting that conducting a complex audit of land resources is a necessary tool for effective management of territorial community assets. It allows not only to identify problematic issues, but also to find ways to solve them and create conditions for sustainable development. Conducting such an audit became an important step for the community, opening up new opportunities for its development and improving the well-being of residents.
