Our best feedback is long-term and successful cooperation with communities that adapt to modern challenges and are ready to keep up with the times.
MagneticOne Municipal Technologieshas been actively cooperating with for a long timeKamianets-Podilskyi City CouncilKhmelnytskyi region. Over several years of close cooperation, our company has developed a geo-information system with modules“Land Cadastre”, “Urban Planning Cadastre”, conductedcomplex land auditand during the on-site presentation, on January 17, 2025, presented the last currently developed module “Engineering networks”.
The software complex is intended for saving, accumulating and displaying information about the city's engineering network. This system provides the utility company with a wide range of tools for creating, filling and editing electronic maps, making calculations, developing work organization plans, and forming maintenance plans for engineering networks.The use of a geographic information system has many opportunities and tools, the main ones of which are:– convenient visual display of water supply, drainage, heat network facilities;
– the possibility of connecting to a set of display of orthophoto plans, urban planning documentation, raster engineering schemes, etc.;
– display, system analysis and filtering according to detailed technical parameters (diameter and material of pipes, dates of commissioning and last repair, etc.);
– execution of spatial and attributive queries, the ability to search, export and import the necessary information.The application of geo-information technologies in the communal economy of our community will create the basis for an operational inventory of engineering networks and elements, will allow working in real time with the help of mobile devices, which will ensure significant cost savings for the urban territorial community in the long run.
The next step is the implementation and implementation of a system of public electronic appeals and registration of incidents by citizens (emergency service calls, pipe bursts, etc.).To receive the GIS tool, we invite communities to cooperate by phone: 380631256683 and e-mail: [email protected].
