On 25 November 2025, a GIS with an Address Register module was presented to Zasluchne territorial community in Khmelnytskyi region. The digital service is intended to make local address-data management more structured and easier to maintain.
Modern management of address data
Authorised specialists can review working records, update attributes, and control data quality in one environment. Where appropriate public access is configured, residents can use current address information without relying on disconnected paper records or legacy files.
The module supports local data maintenance. Official changes to state records continue to follow the procedures of the relevant state systems.
Building verification
The verification workflow helps check the completeness and internal consistency of building records. It reduces the risk of duplicate addresses, technical errors, missing objects, and information loss during manual transfer.
The project builds on the company’s experience with municipal GIS implementations, including cooperation with Vyhodianska and Starosyniavska communities referenced in the original project update.
