On 19 December 2025, MagneticOne Municipal Technologies presented the Address Register for Hukiv rural territorial community in Khmelnytskyi region. The new GIS module creates a structured digital environment for maintaining local address information.

The register covers residential and non-residential buildings, streets, lanes, and other addressable objects across the community.

Organised and up-to-date information

Municipal specialists can update working records, review objects on the map, and control the completeness of address information. A structured digital register is easier to maintain than disconnected paper records and outdated spreadsheets.

Where public access is enabled for appropriate information, residents can receive current address information without relying on multiple uncoordinated sources.

Building verification improves reliability

The verification workflow helps specialists check whether records are complete and internally consistent. It reduces the risk of:

  • duplicate addresses;
  • technical and spelling errors;
  • missing buildings or incomplete attributes;
  • loss or distortion of information during repeated manual transfers.

The register also creates a clear basis for preparing data for state systems and for maintaining future changes locally.

A foundation for broader digital management

Address data is relevant to planning, municipal services, asset records, emergency response, and public communication. A reliable address layer can therefore become part of a broader municipal GIS rather than remain an isolated database.

MagneticOne Municipal Technologies has implemented GIS solutions for communities across Ukraine, including projects for Vyhodianska and Starosyniavska councils referenced in the original project update.

Would you like to review your community’s address register?

We can assess the source data, demonstrate the workflow, and propose an implementation plan.
