On 31 October 2025, the land-resource management GIS of Skvyra urban territorial community in Kyiv region was presented online. The platform supports more efficient, transparent and convenient land use management.
Official data in one platform
The GIS combines information from more than six state registers, including the State Land Cadastre, the Register of Rights to Immovable Property, tax sources and court registers.
Users can review parcel boundaries, legal status, tenants, lease terms and normative monetary valuation. This reduces fragmented manual work and gives specialists a more complete basis for decisions.
Transparency and development
The system helps the council account for land, monitor its use and identify opportunities and risks. Municipal specialists and residents receive clearer access to relevant information, while the community gains a practical instrument for sustainable development.
