M1MT: Interactive map of urban conditions and restrictions – is an automated cartographic system for collecting, recording, accumulating, processing and displaying urban planning documentation (urban planning conditions and restrictions, construction passports, temporary structures). The web map is designed to simplify the procedure for registering and disclosing information about provided, modified, canceled or stopped urban planning conditions and restrictions, as well as ensures the openness and accessibility of the data that they contain.

Interactive map of urban conditions and restrictions – the newest lever for the formation of transparent, barrier-free and comfortable management of the city building process:

  • enter a reliable platform for registration of urban planning conditions and restrictions, which is consistent with the Procedure for maintaining a register of urban planning conditions and restrictions, the current legislation;;
  • ensure control over the observance of urban planning rules;
  • automate the process of maintaining urban planning documentation;
  • ensure the implementation of management decisions, openness and transparency of informing the public about the state of construction in the city;
  • keep track of the city’s long-term urban policy;

The web map database contains the date and number of the order approving the urban planning conditions and restrictions, information about the customer of the construction object, name and address of the construction object; information on amending urban planning conditions and restrictions; reasons for canceling or suspending urban planning conditions and restrictions. The above information is additionally packaged with electronic scan copies of an instance of urban planning conditions and restrictions.

Requirements, cost and timing of the order

To create a map, the customer must provide a list of urban planning conditions and restrictions for the design of construction objects, approved by order of the Office of Urban Development, Architecture and Cadastre. The cost of creating an interactive map is calculated taking into account a number of parameters: the number of thematic map layers and the number of approved urban planning conditions and restrictions for the design of construction objects, the extensiveness of the database, as well as the individual wishes of the customer. The deadline for creating a web map is up to 30 days from the date of information provision and the signing of a cooperation agreement.
